Unsubscribe From Points of Interest

Points of Interest that are generated during account creation and reporting will send email notifications to residents by default. This article will show you how to unsubscribe from receiving email notifications in regards to reports near a point of interest.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Click to expand the Profile menu and select the Preferences option: The Profile menu expanded with the Preferences option highlighted.

  3. Select the Email Addresses menu option: The Preferences screen with the Email Permissions menu option highlighted.

  4. Under Notices, uncheck the Send me notices based on my Points of Interest checkbox: The Edit Email Permissions screen with the 'Send me notices based on my Points of Interest' checkbox highlighted.

  5. Click the Update button to finish: The Edit Email Permissions screen with the Update button highlighted.
