When you register for your SeeClickFix 311 CRM accout, we will automatically opt you in to receive all of the available email alerts. If you want to reduce the volume of emails you receive or you would simply prefer to check updates using the Notification tool on the website, you can adjust your email preferences.
Instructions
Click the Person Icon, then select Preferences:
In the left-hand navigation, click Email Permissions:
Uncheck the Email Permissions you wish to unsubscribe from:
Click Update:
