Unsubscribe from Email Notifications

When you register for your SeeClickFix 311 CRM accout, we will automatically opt you in to receive all of the available email alerts. If you want to reduce the volume of emails you receive or you would simply prefer to check updates using the Notification tool on the website, you can adjust your email preferences.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to SeeClickFix 311 CRM and sign in

  2. Click the Person Icon, then select Preferences:People Icon menu displaying options with Preferences highlighted.

  3. In the left-hand navigation, click Email Permissions:Email Permissions section highlighted in General Preferences settings menu.

  4. Uncheck the Email Permissions you wish to unsubscribe from:Settings for email notifications regarding report statuses and areas of interest.

  5. Click Update:Button labeled 'Update' for CRM notifications settings for government users.
