Use the CRM on Your Mobile Device

The Citizen Request Manager (CRM) feature can be accessed and used on your mobile device through the SeeClickFix 311 CRM solution app. To make accessing the CRM feature on your mobile device easy, you can add a shortcut to your phone's home screen or from the 311 mobile app.

Android/iOS Mobile App

Available on versions Android: 4.5.6 and iOS: 5.2.1 and higher

  1. Launch the Mobile App and log in with your official credentials

  2. Click on the issues tab

  3. From the list view, click the wrench icon to launch the CRM feature in your mobile Browser

  4. From the map view, click on the desired issue and click the wrench icon to launch the CRM feature in your mobile browser

When residents log into the 311 app, they cannot see the Wrench icon; only members of the organization can view the icon.


Android Mobile Web

  1. Launch Chrome or your preferred browser

  2. Go to https://crm.seeclickfix.com

  3. Tap the menu button and tap Add to home screen

  4. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut, and then Chrome will add it to your home screen


iPhone Mobile Web

  1. Launch Safari and open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen

  2. Go to https://crm.seeclickfix.com

  3. Tap the share icon (bottom, middle of the screen) and tap Add to home screen

  4. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut, and then Safari will add it to your home screen
