Use the Request Sidebar

The Request sidebar allows organization users to click on a request in the List View and quickly see all of its details in a sidebar on the right. By using the sidebar, users can take quick and common actions on a request, like adding a comment, assigning the request, changing the status, or printing the request without leaving the list view.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Requests tabThe CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  2. Select a request by clicking in the white space surrounding itExample request.

  3. View the sidebarRequest sidebar.

    • Change Status: Select to change the status of the request

    • Change Assignee: Choose a member to assign the request to

    • Add Comment: Add an internal or public comment

    • Print Request: Select to print the request

    • Description: Read a brief description of the request

    • Request Details: Review details for the request, such as the current status, category, address, assignee, priority, and due date

    • Full page view: If desired, select to see more information for the request

    • Comments: View all Public and Internal comments that have been made on the request

  4. To close, click the XRequest Details side bar view with the X icon (close button) highlighted.
