The Request sidebar allows organization users to click on a request in the List View and quickly see all of its details in a sidebar on the right. By using the sidebar, users can take quick and common actions on a request, like adding a comment, assigning the request, changing the status, or printing the request without leaving the list view.
Instructions
Navigate to the Requests tab
Select a request
View the sidebar
Change Status: Select to change the status of the request
Change Assignee: Choose a member to assign the request to
Add Comment: Add an internal or public comment
Print Request: Select to print the request
: Read a brief description of the request
Request Details: Review details for the request, such as the current status, category, address, assignee, priority, and due date
Full page view: If desired, select to see more information for the request
Comments: View all Public and Internal comments that have been made on the request
To close, click the X or click out of the sidebar
