QA Overview

The Operations tab features a built-in QA function that pulls all bills that can be reviewed for quality assurance. This is built off of the query feature, and can be adjusted in the same ways that queries are.

View Readings

1. Sign In to Utility Billing

2. Click the Operations tab
   

3. Click the QA tab
   

4. Click the High / Low tab
   

5. View the scatter chart

   Note:

   Hover the mouse cursor over any individual plot point the view information about that reading.

Billing Review

1. Sign In to Utility Billing

2. Click the Operations tab
   

3. Click the QA tab
   

4. Click the Billing Review tab
   

5. View a list of bills

Export Readings or Bills

1. Sign In to Utility Billing

2. Click the Operations tab
   

3. Click the QA tab
   

4. Select the appropriate tab
   

5. Click Excel Export
   

Import Reads

1. Click the Operations tab
   

2. Select the Billing Cycle
   

3. Click the Import button
   

   Note:

   The progress of the import is tracked at the bottom of the page in the Scanning for meter readings pop-up
   

4. View the Meter Import results
   

Run a Test

1. Click the Operations tab
   

2. Select the Billing Cycle
   

3. Click the Run Test button
