QA Overview

The Operations tab includes a built-in function that pulls all bills for quality-assurance review. This is built on the query feature and can be filtered in the same way as queries.

View Readings

1. Sign In to Utility Billing

2. Click the Operations tab
   

3. Click the QA tab
   

4. Click the High / Low tab
   

5. View the scatter chart

   Note:

   Hover the mouse cursor over any individual plot point the view information about that reading.

Billing Review

1. Sign In to Utility Billing

2. Click the Operations tab
   

3. Click the QA tab
   

4. Click the Billing Review tab
   

5. View a list of bills

Export Readings or Bills

1. Sign In to Utility Billing

2. Click the Operations tab
   

3. Click the QA tab
   

4. Select the appropriate tab
   

5. Click Excel Export
