Call events can be used to log and record any light CRM activity with a resident, ranging from phone calls to walk-ins to email communication.
Instructions
Click the Add Event button

Select Call in the Event Type modal

Click the Status dropdown

Select the appropriate Status

Click the Transaction Date calendar icon

Select the date of contact

Click into the Transaction Time field

Enter the time of contact
Click the Reason drop-down field

Select a reason for contact

Type details of the reason for contact or any notes into the Internal Note text field

Add a Document if necessary
Click Save
