Recording Call Events

Call events can be used to log and record any light CRM activity with a resident, ranging from phone calls to walk-ins to email communication.

Instructions

  1. Search for and access the resident's account

  2. Click the Add Event button
    Add Event button in an Account profile.

  3. Select Call in the Event Type modal
    The Call button under the Event Type modal.

  4. Click the Status dropdown
    The Status dropdown under the Status header.

  5. Select the appropriate Status
    The Status dropdown options.

  6. Click the Transaction Date calendar icon
    The Transaction Date calendar icon.

  7. Select the date of contact
    The Transaction Date date selector.

  8. Click into the Transaction Time field
    The Transaction Time field under the Audit header.

  9. Enter the time of contact

  10. Click the Reason drop-down field
    The Reason dropdown under the Audit header.

  11. Select a reason for contact
    The Reason dropdown options.

  12. Type details of the reason for contact or any notes into the Internal Note text field
    The Internal Note field under the Noted header.

  13. Add a Document if necessary

  14. Click Save
    The Save button in the bottom left corner of the Account Note window.
