Create an Internal-Only Subscription List

Prev Next

This article will show you how to create an Internal-Only Subscription List in Notifications Admin.

This will remove the listing from the public-facing screen, and only authenticated users associated with the Organization or imported users will be able to subscribe or unsubscribe.

Important Notes

  • If a non-authenticated user has been imported to the list, they will see it on their listing screen and will be able to unsubscribe. When they have unsubscribed, they will no longer be able to view or re-subscribe to the list unless they are re-imported.

  • All categories associated with the HCMS will be available to add to a list. One or more categories can be associated with each list.

  • There is no Draft state of a list. Lists set as internal-only will be to any imported/authenticated users.
