This article will show you how to complete the installation process for the Pay Tray App.
Instructions
Download the Pay Tray App
Launch the installer
If you are greeted by the following prompt click More Info
Then click Run anyway
Follow the prompts to install the app
The first time you run the tray app, you must run it as an administrator. If you do not do this, you will receive a reminder.
To run the app as an administrator, right-click on the application and select Run as administrator
On the first screen, click OK on the window that says, "We're about to install a needed security certificate. If your system asks you whether you want to run the application that follows and install a certificate, please do.
You should receive the following notification that says "CP Pay Command listener started"
The tray app should now be running in your system tray
To open the app, right-click on the icon and select Settings
You are now ready to configure the app for your gateway
