Resident Portal Permissions

Organization Owners have full access to the Resident Portal automatically. Groups from the Staff Center can also be assigned permissions.

Permission Levels in the Resident Portal

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the page with your embedded Resident Portal or access the stand-alone Resident Portal

  2. Select SettingsThe Settings tab in the navigation menu of the Resident Portal.

  3. Click the Permissions tabSettings page highlighting the Permissions tab.

  4. If needed, click Sync Groups to refresh the groups that are listed The Sync Groups button on the permissions page.

  5. Toggle on/off permissions for each Group User access settings toggles for Admin Users and Help Center Team groups.

    Note:

    Permissions are applied/removed as soon as the state of the toggle is updated.
