Organization Owners have the following permissions for their Staff Portal:

  • Organization Owners cannot change their own permissions. Contact our Support Team if you need your permissions changed.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Staff Portal

  2. If needed, Add the User to Your Organization Add User Button.

  3. Toggle on the Owner setting next to the user's name Owner toggle turned on next to a user account.

  4. The user will automatically be assigned as an Organization Owner
