Uninstall the Pay Tray Application

This article will walk you through uninstalling the Pay Tray Application.

Important Note

  • User settings are scoped to your windows profile. Uninstalling the Pay Tray Application will not remove these settings. This is to enable obtaining updates of the Pay Tray Application without having to reconfigure the application each time.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Control Panel and select Uninstall a Program uninstall a program

  2. Select the Pay Tray App and click Uninstall uninstall pay app

  3. Click Yes to the prompt, Are you sure you want to uninstall Pay Tray App? yes uninstall

  4. Wait for Windows to finish uninstalling the app

  5. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\CivicPlus in your Windows File Explorer

  6. Delete the folder Pay Tray App pay tray app folder

  7. You have now successfully uninstalled the Pay Tray App
