Install the Pay Tray App

This article will show you how to complete the installation process for the Pay Tray App.

Instructions

  1. Download the Pay Tray App

  2. Launch the installer

    1. If you are greeted by the following prompt click More Infomore info link.

    2. Then click Run anywayrun anyway button.

  3. Follow the prompts to install the app welcome screen

  4. The first time you run the tray app, you must run it as an administrator. If you do not do this, you will receive a reminder. Notice that a security certificate must be installed before use. Run this app as an admin.

  5. To run the app as an administrator, right-click on the application and select Run as administrator run as administrator.

  6. On the first screen, click OK on the window that says, "We're about to install a needed security certificate. If your system asks you whether you want to run the application that follows and install a certificate, please do. Security certificate install notice.

  7. You should receive the following notification that says "CP Pay Command listener started" Command listener started notice.

  8. The tray app should now be running in your system tray Pay Tray app in system tray.

  9. To open the app, right-click on the icon and select SettingsSettings option in menu.

  10. You are now ready to configure the app for your gateway
