Chat Widget Open on Load Option
You can now choose to have the chat widget open automatically when a page loads. By default, the widget continues to appear as a floating action button (FAB), but customers can enable an open-on-load experience using a simple query string or embed configuration. This update gives teams more flexibility to guide users directly into chat when needed, improving engagement and access to support.
