Agent Greeting Callouts
You can now add a customizable greeting message to your AI Agent's floating action button (FAB). This "callout" helps residents quickly identify that a chat feature is available. The message is easily configurable in your agent’s settings and supports emojis to make your agent more engaging.
Flexible Widget Positioning
We’ve introduced more granular control over where the chat widget sits on your page. If the default position conflicts with other site elements (such as AudioEye or footer links), you can now adjust the vertical padding in 12px increments to ensure a perfect fit. Positioning is easily configurable in your agent's settings.
