Create & Manage Advanced Integrations

Advanced integrations include a single trigger with as many actions and conditionals as you choose.

Create an Advanced Integration

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab Integrations menu.

  2. Click + New IntegrationNew integration button.

  3. Select the Advanced integration cardAdvanced integration card.

  4. Select one of the Components from the panel on the right and drag it onto the Design grid Select components.

    • Triggers: You can choose one trigger from the list

    • Actions: Select up to 10 actions for your advanced integration

    • Logic: Learn more about how you can use If Conditional Logic in your integration.

  5. After adding the applicable trigger and action(s), select the components and configure the required fields in the panel on the right Configure trigger.

    • Applications: Select the relevant application for the product

    • Credentials: Most components will have a required field for Credentials. Only the applicable credentials for your selected Application will show. Additional fields will display after you select a credential and will differ depending on the trigger/action.

  6. You will also need to add links for all components on the grid by clicking on the circle port on the right side of the trigger and connecting it to a rectangle port on the left side of an action Link components.

  7. After all required configurations are complete, click Next Next button.

    Note: You will know you have completed all required configurations for your components when the ! icons are no longer displayed.

  8. Configure the fields for the highlighted link by dragging the fields from your trigger at the top to the fields for your action at the bottom Configure link.

    Note: The fields will differ depending on your selected trigger and action(s). There are two types of action fields that may show up in the column on the right, Autocomplete Dropdowns or Custom Text Input Fields.

  9. Repeat step 8 for each link, as applicable Configure other link.

  10. Once all required fields are filled out, select Next to move on Next step button.

    Note: At any point, you may select Back to be brought back to the previous step. Note that if any changes are made, the fields in Step 2 will likely change, and your previous selections may be lost.

  11. On the Test & Confirm screen, you will see an overview of your integration as well as step-by-step instructions on how to test your integration Test and confirm

    Note: You will need to first save and enable your integration before your integration can be triggered as described in the Test Instructions.

  12. Click the pencil tool to edit the name of the integration Description field.

  13. Click SaveSave button.

  14. Enable your integration using the toggle under the Status column Enable integration toggle.

Modify an Advanced Integration

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab Integrations menu.

  2. To modify an integration, you will click the Actions Menu (three dots) and select Modify Actions menu modify.

  3. After selecting Modify, you will be brought to the Design Step of the integration workflow. All your previously defined configurations and fields will be auto-populated on the Design Step and the Configure Step Design Step defined configurations.

  4. This workflow is the same as creating an advanced integration, but you will see some additional information on the Test & Confirm Step including information on who created and last modified an integration and when. Additionally, you’ll be able to enable and disable your integration from this screen as well Last modified section.
