Organization Owners can create Groups, which allows you to assign permissions to a group of users who will need the same access to features in Integration Hub, Notifications Admin, Resident Portal, HCMS, or Web Evolve. Group owners will be able to modify their specific group but will not have permissions for the entire organization, as Organization Owners do.

Features

  • Organization Owners can create Groups for their organization

  • Group Owners can be set for each group

  • Group Owners can add members to their groups

  • Group Owners can modify the users within their groups

  • New users can be added and imported into the organization

    Note:

    This does not give them any permissions; it just adds them as users in the organization.
