Resident Portal Permissions

Organization Owners have full access to the Resident Portal automatically. Groups from the Staff Portal can also be assigned permissions.

Permission Levels in the Resident Portal

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the page with your embedded Resident Portal or access the stand-alone Resident Portal

  2. Select SettingsPortal Settings.

  3. Click the Permissions tabPermissions tab.

  4. If needed, click Sync Groups to refresh the groups that are listed Sync groups.

  5. Toggle on/off permissions for each Group Permissions access.

    Note: Permissions are applied/removed as soon as the state of the toggle is updated.
