Users will receive a Welcome email the first time they subscribe to a Notification list for an Organization. If they create a Single Sign-On account for the first time, they will also receive an email asking them to validate their account. Subsequent requests will not generate this email regardless of organization or subscriber list.
Important Note
The verification emails are valid for approximately 6 minutes. If the link has expired, the user can click the expired email link and a new validation link will automatically be emailed to them. Learn more about Expired Verification Emails.
Welcome Email Example
The Welcome Email message will follow the template of the list the user is subscribing to. You can also update the header and footer that display on the subscription list.
