Subscribers will receive emails and SMS messages as they become available. If a subscriber is subscribed to multiple lists that trigger one notification due to each list containing the same category, they will receive a notification for each list for which they are subscribed.

SMS Notifications
SMS notifications include the name of the list, the subject line, and a link to view the content that was added/modified.
