This article will show you how to complete the installation process for the Pay Tray App.
Instructions
- Download the Pay Tray App
- Launch the installer
- If you are greeted by the following prompt click More Info
- Then click Run anyway
- If you are greeted by the following prompt click More Info
- Follow the prompts to install the app
- The first time you run the tray app, you must run it as an administrator. If you do not do this, you will receive a reminder.
- To run the app as an administrator, right-click on the application and select Run as administrator
- On the first screen, click OK on the window that says, "We're about to install a needed security certificate. If your system asks you whether you want to run the application that follows and install a certificate, please do.
- You should receive the following notification that says "CP Pay Command listener started"
- The tray app should now be running in your system tray
- To open the app, right-click on the icon and select Settings
- You are now ready to configure the app for your gateway
