SeeClickFix 311 CRM provides a productized, hosted integration with Tyler Technologies Enterprise Permitting & Licensing Software (formerly known as EnerGov) for code cases.

Features
ArcGIS Address Search
Prior to sending a request to Tyler Technologies, SeeClickFix 311 CRM will optionally look up an alternative address from a city-provided ArcGIS geocode server. The map coordinates, user-submitted address, and ArcGIS-validated address are available for submission to Tyler Technologies.
Create Request
SeeClickFix 311 CRM will submit issues to Tyler Technologies as they are created, for request categories configured to use the integration.
Get Request (Check Request Status)
SeeClickFix 311 CRM will periodically poll Tyler Technologies for changes to the request, in order to take the following actions:
SeeClickFix 311 CRM will close the issue if the Tyler Technologies request has been closed.
SeeClickFix 311 CRM will comment on the issue with a city-defined message if an Tyler Technologies request field matches a pre-configured value (Status = In Progress).
This feature is also available on demand in our internal system.
Create Comment on Request
Public comments added in SeeClickFix 311 CRM will be sent to the Tyler Technologies request, as they are created.
Get Comments and Images on Request
SeeClickFix 311 CRM will periodically poll Tyler Technologies for comments and images added to a request and will import those specifically marked as public. This is typically accomplished via a dedicated "public" checkbox (boolean field). If no public flag is available, we will fall back on a string prefix "To SCF:" in the actual comment itself.
SeeClickFix 311 CRM will fetch comments at the same time as the status checks mentioned above.
