Send Files to Dropbox

Once the Dropbox integration has been set up by your administrator, the system can publish agendas, agenda packets, and minute files to your Dropbox account. All users with access to the Dropbox folder will automatically receive the files once their devices sync. This article will show you how to send files to Dropbox.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the agenda with the files you wish to send:An example agenda tile in the Meetings module.

  4. Navigate to the View menu and select the Agenda Files option from the dropdown list:The View menu with the Agenda Files option highlighted.

    Note:

    The default view is Agenda.

  5. Scroll to the Send section and click the Send button:A white, rectangular Send button with a paper airplane icon which appears above the Sent section.

  6. Click the Dropbox tab:The Dropbox tab below the Send modal header.

    Note:

    The Email tab is selected by default.

  7. Check the checkbox(es) to the left of the file(s) you wish to send:The Select Files to Deliver section within the Send modal.

    Note:

    You can also check the Select All checkbox to select all listed files.

  8. Click the Send to Dropbox button:The green, rectangular Send to Dropbox button in the lower-right corner of the Send modal.

  9. The file has been sent to the linked Dropbox account
