Released Enhancements
Reminder: Sign-In Changes Start August 10, 2026
Beginning August 10, 2026, Agenda and Meeting Management Essential will use CivicPlus Authentication (CivicPlus Single Sign-On) for user sign-in.
What You Need to Know
If you already use CivicPlus Single Sign-On with another CivicPlus product:
You will sign in to Agenda and Meeting Management Essential with your existing SSO credentials. No additional setup is required.
If you do not already have CivicPlus Single Sign-On credentials:
The first time you sign in after the migration, you will be prompted to verify your email address and create a new CivicPlus password.
If your organization currently uses the Microsoft Sign-In option:
Microsoft Sign-In will not work immediately after the change. If your organization currently signs in with Microsoft, you can access your account by signing in with your email address and completing the one-time password setup.
Organizations that want to continue using Microsoft Sign-In can work with their Customer Success Manager or CivicPlus Support to configure Microsoft as their identity provider (IdP).
If your organization already uses a custom IdP with another CivicPlus product:
You will sign in to Agenda and Meeting Management Essential the same way you log in to your other products. After you have entered your email address on the CivicPlus Sign In screen, your organization’s idP will be detected, and you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen.
For step-by-step instructions on signing in for the first time, see User Guide | First-Time Authentication Sign In.
If you have questions about how this change affects your organization or sign-in experience, see CivicPlus Authentication Migration Frequently Asked Questions.
