This article will show you how to log into Agenda and Meeting Management Essential for the first time. You will learn how to log in with Microsoft 365 (if applicable), log in with your email address and password, log in to a specific site (if you have access to multiple sites), and troubleshoot common login issues.

Log In with Microsoft 365

To use the Microsoft 365 login option, you must meet three prerequisites:

  • Your organization must use Microsoft 365

  • You must already have an Agenda and Meeting Management Essential login with the appropriate role assigned

  • Your Agenda and Meeting Management Essential email must match your Microsoft 365 email

If you are unable to log in with your Microsoft 365 credentials, we recommend that you try to log in with the steps in the Log In with Your Email Address and a Temporary Password section instead.

  1. Navigate to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential login page The Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page.

  2. Click the Sign in with Microsoft button A black, rectangular Sign in with Microsoft button with a Microsoft logo.

  3. Log in using your Microsoft 365 credentials A pop-up window with prompts to pick an account or use another account.

    Note: If your organization uses Two-Factor Authentication through Microsoft 365, that same Two-Factor Authentication will apply to this login process.

  4. You will be redirected to your home screen An example user home screen.

    Note: The options available on your screen may differ from the ones shown here, depending on your user permissions.


Log In with Your Email Address and a Temporary Password

Many users log into Agenda and Meeting Management Essential with their email address and password. The first time a user signs into the system with their email address, they will use a temporary password that will need to be reset. This section will show you how to reset your temporary password and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential login page The Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page.

    Note: If you already know or have your temporary, one-time password, skip to Step 7.

  2. Click the Forgot your password? link The 'Forgot your password?' link.

  3. Enter your email address in the Username - Email field The username-email field on the Reset Password screen.

  4. Click the Reset button A red, rectangular Reset button below the User-name email field.

  5. Navigate to your email account and copy the temporary password sent to you by the system An example password reset email with the Temporary password information highlighted.

    Note: If you do not receive the email in your inbox within 2 minutes, check your spam folder for the message.

  6. Navigate back to the Agenda and Meeting Management Essential login page The Agenda and Meeting Management Essential Log In page.

  7. Enter your email address into the Username - Email field and paste the temporary password into the Password field The Username-email and password fields on the login screen.

  8. Click the Remember me checkbox to have the browser auto-populate the Username - Email field in the future if desired A checkbox labeled Remember me.

  9. Click the Sign in button A red, rectangular Sign in button directly below the Remember me checkbox.

  10. Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm New Password fields Password and Confirm New Password fields on the Set New Password screen.

  11. Click the Change button A red, rectangular Change button that can be clicked to save changes to your password.

  12. You are now logged into Agenda and Meeting Management Essential An example user home screen.

    Note: The options available on your screen may differ from the ones shown here, depending on your user permissions.

  13. Use your email address and new password the next time you log in


Log In to an Alternative Site (for Users with Access to Multiple Sites)

Some users have access to multiple sites within Agenda and Meeting Management Essential. When these users log in, they are automatically directed to the site they have access to which falls first alphabetically. This section will show those users how to log into another site once they have signed in.

  1. Log in to Agenda and Meeting Management Essential with Microsoft 365 or with your email address and temporary password The Log In page.

  2. Select the municipality dropdown list in the page header An example municipality dropdown list.

    Note: If you do not see a municipality dropdown list in the header, then that means you only have access to the site you are currently logged into, and will instead see "INBOX – [Municipality Name]" at the top of your screen.An example Agenda and Meeting Management Essential header with Inbox and a municipality name.

  3. Select the site that you want to access from the dropdown list if different than the one you are in The expanded municipality dropdown list with various example sites listed.

    Note:

    • If you have access to multiple sites, you have been logged into the site that comes first alphabetically by default.

    • Sites are listed by municipality name followed by the site's client code in parentheses: [Municipality Name] ({ClientCode}).

  4. Click the Go To button A gray, rectangular Go To button to the right of the municipality drop-down list in the header.

  5. The Agenda and Meeting Management Essential instance for the selected site will open in a new browser tab

Troubleshoot a User Account Error

You may see an error message that says This asset - resource not found when trying to log in. The 'This asset - resource not found' error message that appears when an incorrect email has been entered.

If you see this error message when trying to log in with your Microsoft 365 credentials, we recommend that you try logging in using the steps in the Log In with Your Email Address and a Temporary Password section above.

If you see this error when logging in with your email address and temporary password, you may have mistyped your email address. Please try re-entering it and signing in again. If re-entering your email address does not help, your email address may not exist in the system. Please reach out to your Project Lead or contact our Support team for further assistance.


Troubleshoot an Incorrect Password Error

If your email address exists in our system, you may see an error message notifying you that your password is incorrect.

Please verify that your password is entered correctly and try again. If you have forgotten your password or you are prevented from logging in with your password, you can click the Forgot your password? link to reset your password.The 'Forgot your password?' link.
