This article will discuss the features on the Agenda Attachments page.

View the Item

You can quickly jump from the Agenda Attachments page to the Item Fields page associated with an attachment's item by clicking the item name.

View the Attachment

You can see what an attachment looks like by clicking the attachment name in the Attachment column.

On the PDF Viewer that appears, you can scroll through all pages of the file. You can also print, download, and search the file, among other actions.

Confidentiality

Quickly see if an attachment is confidential or not in the Confidential column. Attachments that have been marked “Non-Confidential” will have “All Departments” in the Confidential column. If an attachment has been marked “Confidential” with visibility for specific groups only, the Confidential Attachment groups that have access to the file will appear in the Confidential column.

File Size

You can quickly see the size of an attachment file in the Size column.

Minutes Status

You can quickly learn if an attachment will be included in meeting minutes based on the icon in the Minutes column. If the Minutes module shows an X icon, the attachment will not be included. If the Minutes column shows a check mark, the attachment will be appended to the end of the final Minutes PDF.

Published to Public Portal Toggle

Each attachment on the Agenda Attachments page has a Published to Public Portal toggle. If the toggle is green, the attachment will be displayed to the public on the Public Portal.

You can switch the toggle off to prevent the attachment from being displayed to the residents on the Public Portal.

Edit the Attachment Name

You can click the Edit tool (pencil icon) in the Actions column for an attachment to change the attachment's name.

An Edit Attachment Name modal will open and show the current name of the attachment. You can make changes and click the Save button to update the attachment name.
