Agenda Details Overview

This article is a brief guide on the Agenda page and its editing tools.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings module button in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the desired agenda:An example agenda tile in the Meetings module.

  4. View the agenda page to access all editing functions:All editing functions buttons on the Agenda page.

    • Edit Agenda Settings: Select to edit agenda details:The Edit Agenda Settings modal with the Settings tab fields visible.

      • Settings Tab:

        • Agenda Name (required): Name of the agenda

        • Linked Event: Event associated with the agenda

        • Meeting Date/Time (required): Auto-fills with the event date and time

        • Cut-Off Date/Time (required): Last date and time users can add items to the agenda

        • Agenda Finalized: Select Yes or No from the dropdown list to indicate if the agenda has been finalized

        • Template: Select a template for your agenda

        • Type of Meeting: Auto-fills with the agenda type

        • Delete: Delete the agenda

          Note: You can retrieve deleted agendas with the Trash Can feature.

        • Agenda Unlocked/Locked: Click the lock or unlock the agenda

      • Numbering Tab (fields not pictured):

        • Meeting Date/Time (required): Auto-fills with the event date and time

        • Cut-Off Date/Time (required): Last date and time users can add items to the agenda

        • Item Style/Format - Levels 1 through 6: Indicate the desired style or format for each agenda level

        • Continuous Numbering: Check this checkbox to use continuous numbering

      • Cancel: Cancel all changes to the agenda settings

      • Save Agenda Settings: Click to save changes to the agenda settings

    • Select: Click to use bulk actions on an agenda:The Agenda page bulk action options.

      • Copy: Click to copy all selected items

      • Move: Move all selected items to another agenda

      • Note: Click to add notes to all selected items

      • Script: Click to add a script to multiple items

      • Layout: Select to edit the layouts of multiple items

      • Delete: Choose to delete multiple items

    • Reorder: Click to edit the section and item order:An example agenda section being dragged and dropped in place to reorder.

    • Create: Add new sections or items:The Create dropdown menu.

    • View: Click to change the agenda view:The View dropdown menu.
