Released Enhancements

Configure the URL Linked to Your Public Portal Logo

We have added the ability to link a customer logo or site name in the Public Portal to an official website. This improves navigation for end-users accessing agendas and minutes.

Administrators can now configure a URL linking the Public Portal logo or name to their municipal website. The setting is available under Portal Settings and applies to both custom and default logos. If no link is provided, the default behavior remains unchanged. The link opens in the same tab, and the logo uses the Public Portal Name as alt text for accessibility.

Agenda Name Included in Meetings API Endpoint Response Payload

The API. Customers consuming the Meetings API can now retrieve the agenda name for each meeting. This enhancement improves external integrations and public transparency through more descriptive API data.

Live Meeting Manager and Board Portal Updates

Control Live Meeting Manager Vote Result Screen Scroll Speed

We have added the ability for Clerk administrators to control the scroll speed of the vote result screen in Live Meeting Manager (LMM). A new Vote Display Scroll Speed setting is now available under the Board Portal Customizations header in Portal Settings.

Admins can select from predefined scroll speed options (Slow = 7 seconds, Medium = 4 seconds, Fast = 1 second) or enter a custom value (in seconds). The default is Medium (4 seconds). Changes take effect immediately. If paused manually, scrolling resumes automatically after 15 seconds. The scroll behavior remains smooth, and users retain manual navigation control.
