Agenda Script Snippets are reusable blocks of text that help staff quickly add common notes and instructions to agenda scripts. They can be used to insert frequently used phrases, reminders, or other prewritten content without retyping the same text for each meeting.
Agenda script snippets can also include the [SCRIPT] merge tag, which inserts agenda script content. This merge tag only works within agenda scripts.

Create an Agenda Script Snippet
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Settings option:

Click the Meetings tile:

Click the Text Snippets tile:

Navigate to the Agenda Script Snippets section:

Click the New Agenda Script Snippet button:

Fill in the Add New Agenda Script Snippet fields:

Snippet Name (required): Enter a name for the agenda script snippet
Snippet Text: Enter the text of the snippet
Note:
You can use the paragraph formatting and text formatting tools to format the display of the snippet text as desired:

Snippet Group: Select the snippet group you wish to assign the snippet to, if desired
Click a Create option:

Create Agenda Script Snippet: Save the new agenda script snippet and return to the Text Snippets page
Create and Add New: Save the new agenda script snippet and immediately begin creating a new one
The agenda script snippet has been created
Edit an Agenda Script Snippet
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Settings option:

Click the Meetings tile:

Click the Text Snippets tile:

Navigate to the Agenda Script Snippets section:

Click the Edit tool (purple pencil icon) to the right of the agenda script snippet you wish to edit:

Update the Edit Agenda Script Snippet fields as desired:

Snippet Name (required): Edit the name of the agenda script snippet
Snippet Text: Edit or enter the text of the snippet

You can use the paragraph formatting and text formatting tools to format the display of the snippet text as desired:

Snippet Group: Select the snippet group you wish to assign the snippet to, if desired
Click the Save Changes button:

The agenda script snippet has been edited
Reorder Agenda Script Snippets
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Settings option:

Click the Meetings tile:

Click the Text Snippets tile:

Navigate to the Agenda Script Snippets section:

Click the Edit Order button:

Click and hold the grid icon next to the agenda script snippets you wish to move, then drag and drop them into the desired order:

Click the Save Changes button:

The agenda script snippets have been reordered
Delete an Agenda Script Snippet
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Settings option:

Click the Meetings tile:

Click the Text Snippets tile:

Navigate to the Agenda Script Snippets section:

Click the Delete tool (red trash can icon) to the right of the agenda script snippet you wish to delete:

Click the Delete Agenda Script Snippet button on the Delete Agenda Script Snippet pop-up that appears to confirm the deletion:

The agenda script snippet has been deleted
