This article will show you how to find a missing agenda. A “missing” agenda is one that is not associated with the correct linked event or is not associated with any event.
You may need to locate a missing agenda if:
The agenda displays a date of 01/01/1900.
The agenda does not appear in the Public Portal under the expected event or meeting date.
Important Note
Agendas must be associated with a linked event. If an agenda is not linked to an event, Agenda and Meeting Management Select assigns a default date of 01/01/1900 and a default time of 12:00 AM. As a result, the agenda will not appear in the Public Portal under the expected event.
