Find a Missing Agenda

This article will show you how to find a missing agenda. A missing agenda has no association with an Event or is associated with the wrong Event.

Important Note

The system gives all missing agendas a default date of 01/01/1900 and a default time of 12:00 AM.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  4. Choose to view agendas in Card View or List View:The Card View and List View tabs above the Show and For agenda filters.

    Note:

    The default agenda view is Card View.

  5. Click the Show drop-down list and select All Agendas:The Show dropdown menu with the All Agendas option highlighted.

  6. Click the for drop-down list and select the desired Meeting Type:The For dropdown menu with example meeting types listed.

  7. Click the Load All button:The purple, rectangular Load All button to the right of the filter dropdowns.

  8. Scroll down to view the results and find your missing agenda:Filtered results with example agendas that are not linked to specific events.

    Note

    Results will load in order from oldest date to newest date. Since Agenda and Meeting Management Select defaults all missing agendas to the date 01/01/1900, missing agendas should appear at the top of the results list.

  9. Select the missing agenda and follow the steps to associate it with a Linked Event
