Navigation has been improved across Item subpages. We have replaced the “Save Item” button with consistent, workflow-friendly navigation options. This allows users to move smoothly through agenda items and approvals.

New [CURRENT_DATE] Merge Tag for Document Templates
A new [CURRENT_DATE] merge tag is now available in Agenda and Meeting Management Select templates. This displays the current date at the time of document generation, providing a flexible alternative to a published date field.
Key Details
New Merge Tag: [CURRENT_DATE] dynamically outputs the system date when the agenda, minutes, or packet document is generated
Format: Displays in long-form | Month Day, Year (for example, January 1, 2025)
Available Across Templates: Works consistently in all Froala-supported templates where merge tags are used
Use Case: Offers a reliable reference date for documentation, approval tracking, and public-facing agendas
