Released Enhancements
New “Also Present” Field and Merge Tag
A new "Also Present" field has been added to Minutes Settings, allowing Clerks to search and select existing Agenda and Meeting Management Select users who attended the meeting. This enhancement includes a new [ALSO_PRESENT] merge tag for use in minutes snippets and templates, which will display selected users in a "First Name Last Name" format.
Note:
This feature utilizes the new TomSelect library for an improved user search experience.
Optional Secondary Time Zone Display on Public Portal Meeting Cards
The Optional Secondary Time Zone Display enhancement has been rolled back. Its anticipated release date is now July 12, 2026.
Preview Option for Agenda Files
Users can now preview generated PDF agenda files directly within the application without needing to download them. A new "Preview" option is available in the Actions column of the Agenda Files list, providing a consistent experience with existing Item Report previews.
Automatic Video Playback Prevention on Event Media Page
To improve user experience and accessibility, videos on the Event Media page will no longer autoplay upon page load. Playback will only begin when a user explicitly interacts with the media player.
Accessibility Improvements in Meeting Overview Page
Significant accessibility improvements have been made to the Public Portal Meeting Overview tab:
Focus Behavior: Non-interactive section and item titles (those without child items) are no longer focusable, eliminating "dead" tab stops.
Link Identification: Attachment links are now always underlined, ensuring they are distinguishable from surrounding text beyond just color contrast.
Target Size (Minimum) Audit and Fix for Site Settings
Interactive elements within Site Settings, including date range pickers and dropdown "remove" buttons, have been updated to meet WCAG 2.2 Target Size (Minimum) requirements (at least 24x24 CSS pixels) to improve usability for touch and pointer interactions.
