Navigate Card View

This article will show you how to use the Meetings module's Card View.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Click the Card View tab to view agendas as separate cards:The Card View tab, which appears above the agenda filter options.

    Note

    The default Meetings module view is Card View.

  4. Use the Agenda Filters to filter the agendas by timeframe and meeting type:The Show and For agenda filter options.

  5. Click the New Agenda button to add a new agenda:The green, rectangular New Agenda button below the User Menu.

  6. View meeting details on each agenda card:An example agenda card.

    • Agenda Name: Name of your agenda (such as City Council Legislative Session)

    • Agenda Type: Type of agenda (such as City Council Work Session)

    • Agenda Date/Time: Date/Time of the meeting associated with this agenda

    • Agenda: Agenda Files associated with this agenda

    • Agenda Packet: Agenda Packet Files associated with this agenda

    • Minutes: Minutes Files associated with this agenda

    • Cut-Off In: How many days until users will no longer be able to edit this agenda

    • Meeting In: How many days until the meeting associated with this agenda

    Note

    Your the presence of a Public or Board tag next to the Agenda, Agenda Packet, and Minutes fields indicates that the document has been published to the Public Portal, Board Portal, or both.

  7. Click any part of an agenda card to be taken to the Agenda page where you can view the entire agenda or edit an agenda item:An example Agenda page.
