This article will show you how to publish Agenda Files to the Board Portal.
Instructions
Sign in to the system if you have not already
Navigate to the Meetings module:
Select the agenda containing the files you wish to publish:
Navigate to the View menu and select the Agenda Files option from the drop-down list:

The default view is Agenda.
Scroll to the Published section and click the Publish button:
Click the Board Portal button:
Note
A popup will appear any time you switch from a portal with active files to a different portal. Ensure changes to the files in your current portal have been published before clicking the Continue button.
Fill in the information fields:
Agenda to Publish: Select an Agenda to publish to the board portal
Not Published: Will not publish files
Published: Will publish files immediately
Publish on Date: Will publish on a selected future date
Send Email Notifications (appears after "Published" or "Publish on Date" has been selected): Choose whether to send an email notification
Packet to Publish: Select an Agenda Packet to publish to the board portal
Not Published: Will not publish files
Published: Will publish files immediately
Publish on Date: Will publish on a selected future date
Send Email Notifications (appears after "Published" or "Publish on Date" has been selected): Choose whether to send an email notification
Minutes to Publish: Select Minutes to publish to the board portal
Not Published: Will not publish files
Published: Will publish files immediately
Publish on Date: Will publish on a selected future date
Send Email Notifications (appears after "Published" or "Publish on Date" has been selected): Choose whether to send an email notification
Click the Publish button to publish the selected file or files:
Your file(s) will now appear in the Published list:
