The Agenda and Meeting Management Select and NextRequest Search integration allows customers to search for the same keywords on both their Public Portal and their NextRequest site. This creates a more seamless and consistent user experience.
Integrated Search Functionality
After the search integration is enabled, you can search requests on NextRequest’s All Requests page as usual.

Once search results appear, you can click the integration button above the list. This will open your Agenda and Meeting Management Select Public Portal.

Your NextRequest search will automatically be executed in the Public Portal. All relevant results will be displayed.

Enable the Search Integration
This integration is free for customers with both Agenda and Meeting Management Select and NextRequest. However, it is not enabled by default. You must contact Support to configure the integration before you can use it. Including the following details with your request can help speed up integration setup:
The URL of your NextRequest site
The URL of your Agenda and Meeting Management Select Public Portal
The text you want to appear on the integration button (for example, Search Agendas and Minutes)
The text you want to display as a tooltip when a user hovers over the button (for example, Search agendas and minutes)
