Improved Public Portal Meeting List Navigation
Meeting list scroll logic has been updated to provide a smoother, incremental experience. Users can now navigate between past and future dates using the calendar or scrolling without the list jumping in large blocks or encountering "no previous meetings" errors.
Public Portal Deterministic Event Sorting
Events in the Public Portal are now sorted using a deterministic tiebreaker (first by Date, then by Creation Time, then by ID). This ensures that rows do not reshuffle when multiple events share the same timestamp, providing a more stable viewing experience.
Restricted Dashboard Filters
The Dashboard now respects the "Access to Agenda Items" scope defined in a user's security profile.
Users set to “My Item Only” will see the filter locked to "Me."
Users set to “My Department” will see options for "Me" and "My Department + Me."
This ensures users see only the dashboard data they are authorized to access, with server-side enforcement to prevent URL parameter bypasses.
Froala Editor Upgrade (Version 5.4.0)
The system's core text editor has been upgraded to version 5.4.0. This update provides a more stable and supported editing foundation across the Admin and Board Portals while maintaining all existing CivicPlus customizations, such as custom font families, merge tag support, and table properties.
