Add & Manage Info Advanced Categories

Important Note:

A category must be published and include at least one published Info Advanced item before it will show on the live site. If it still does not show, check that it has been related to the proper page(s) and that the page(s) feature column is turned on.

Add an Info Advanced Category

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

  1. Sign in to your website solution

  2. Navigate to s and on the Content tab, select Info AdvancedInfo Advanced in the Modules menu.

  3. Select Add Category Add Category Button.

  4. Fill in the appropriate information Info Advanced Category input fields.

    • Category Name: This lets the user know what type of Info Advanced will be included

    • Start Date: The default is blank. Enter a start date if you want the item to auto-publish at a later date

    • End Date: The default is blank. Enter an end date if you want the item to expire and auto-unpublish

    • Permissions: Setting permissions at the category level is suggested to maintain security across the site

  5. Scroll up and select a Saving Option Save and Publish button.

    • Cancel: Will delete what you’ve done

    • Save: Will save the work as an unpublished draft

    • Save and Publish: Will save the work and publish it for viewing

Modify an Info Advanced Category

Who can use this feature?

System Administration | Owner | Publisher

  1. Sign in to your website solution

  2. Navigate to s and on the Content tab, select Info AdvancedInfo Advanced in Modules menu.

  3. Select Choose an Action and then Properties next to the desired categoryProperties in the Choose an Action drop down menu.

  4. Make any necessary modifications Info Advanced Category input fields.

    • Category Name: Edit the category name

    • Start Date: Enter a start date if you want the item to auto-publish at a later date

      Note: If left blank, the item will be published immediately.

    • End Date: Enter an end date if you want the item to expire and auto-unpublish

      Note: If left blank, the item will never expire.

    • Permissions: Setting permissions at the category level is suggested to maintain security across the site

  5. Scroll up and select SaveSave button.

Delete an Info Advanced Category

Before you can successfully delete the category, you must delete all items within the category.

  1. Sign in to your website solution

  2. Navigate to s and on the Content tab, select Info AdvancedInfo Advanced in Modules menu.

  3. Select Choose an Action and then Unpublish next to the category Unpublish in the Choose an Action drop down menu.

  4. Under the Unpublished Categories section, select Choose an Action and then DeleteDelete option in the Choose an Action menu.

  5. Select OK from the pop-up that will appear, asking, Are you sure you want to delete this category? OK button in the confirmation modal.
