With the Staff Directory widget detailed contact information for staff and offices can be shared on any page or pages from the Staff Directory Module.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author (can add to unpublished pages)
Add the Staff Directory Widget to a Page
Log in to your site and navigate to your desired page
Ensure that Live Edit Is On:

On the Live Edit panel, select the Widgets tab and click the Modules subtab:

Drag and drop the Staff Directory widget to your desired place on the page

Fill out Widget options:

Skin: Select appearance style
Header Text: Create header text
Option Set: Select an option set
Number of Columns: Display content in columns
Header Link: Choose to have the header link to the Staff Directory home screen or a custom link
Advanced

Widget Breakpoint: Width at which the widget will switch from narrow to wide view
Push To All Versions of this Page: Add a copy of this widget to all versions of this page
Push To All Subpages of this Page: Add a copy of this widget to all subpages of this page
Push Options: Choose where to put the widget within pushed pages
Navigate to the Departments & Staff tab

Search for Departments or Staff Names to display:

Click the Add Another Item (+) button to add the item:

Select which features to display for the entry:

Note:
Options will differ depending on the entry selected.
Link to staff in Staff Directory: Displays a link to the wider Staff Directory
Repeat steps 7 to 9 to add more employees:
Note:
Departments and staff can be reordered by clicking the Staff member or Department name and dragging the item up and down the list.
Click the Close (X) when finished:

View the Contact Information:

Select Save:

Modify the Staff Directory Widget
Log in to your site and navigate to your desired page
Ensure that Live Edit Is On:

Hover over your Staff Directory Widget and select the Widget Options button:

Configure the Options tab, as needed:

Skin: Select appearance style
Header Text: Create header text
Option Set: Select an option set
Number of Columns: Display content in columns
Header Link: Choose to have the header link to the Staff Directory home screen or a custom link
Navigate to the Departments & Staff tab:

Make any changes to existing selections or click the X icon next to department/staff to remove it from the widget:

If needed, search for and select additional departments or staff:

Select which features to display for the entry:

Drag and drop entries into your desired order:

Click the Close (X) icon to save and close:

View the updated widget:

Click Save:

Display Content as Columns in the Staff Directory Widget
Within the Staff Directory widget, you can display members in several side-by-side columns on your page, rather than all in one line. This allows for greater design flexibility and better space efficiency.
Sign in to your site and navigate to the applicable page
Ensure that Live Edit Is On:

If needed, add a Staff Directory widget to your page
Hover over your Staff Directory Widget and select the top Widget Options button:

Select a Number of Columns to display:

Click Close (X) when finished to close the Widget options:

View the Staff Directory widget columns:

Note:
Columns cannot be displayed if you choose a Department within the widget.
Click Save:
