Add Subscribers Manually in Notify Me®

This article will show you how to manually add Subscribers to a List in Notify Me®.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site.

2. Navigate to Modules. Click on Content, then Notify Me:

3. Select Choose an Action, then click Subscribers for your chosen list:

4. Fill out the fields under List Subscriptions:

   Note:

   If you are entering both an email address and an SMS number, the SMS number must be added first.

   • Email Address: Enter email address

     • HTML or Text: Choose a format option

   • SMS Number: Enter a phone number

     Note:

     If you are unable to enter the phone number, the SMS number may already be used by another subscriber in Notify Me. This can be checked within the Subscriber management module, and the phone number can be removed if it is not associated with any subscriptions.

   • SMS or Email: Select one or both as an active method of communication

5. Click the Add button:

6. Subscribers will have to confirm the subscription; click OK to exit the pop-up:
