Allow Guest Registrations in Activities

This process allows users to register for sessions without the need to create an account. They would register as a Guest.

Important Note:

Web Central does not have a "Shopping Cart" for the Facilities or Activities module. This means you cannot bulk register or reserve in the module, you will need to do one registration/reservation at a time. For this functionality, please review our Recreation Management option.

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:The expanded Modules menu, with the Activities module selected.

  3. Select the Properties tab:The Activities module's 'Properties' tab.

  4. Locate and check Allow Users to Register as Guest:The Activities module's 'Allow Users to Register as Guest' checkbox is enabled.

  5. Click the Save Changes button:The Activities module's 'Save Changes' button.
