This article will show you how to utilize Bulk Actions in the Activities module. Bulk Actions allow you to modify multiple categories at one time.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher
Bulk Actions
Publish: Make the categories publicly viewable
Unpublish: Make the categories drafts, not publicly viewable
Delete: Remove the categories from the system
Decline: Decline author-submitted categories
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:
Select the categories you want to apply a Bulk Action to:
Expand Bulk Actions:
Select a Bulk Action:
Publish: Make the categories publicly viewable
Unpublish: Make the categories drafts, not publicly viewable
Delete: Remove the categories from the system
Note:
You must Unpublish categories before you can delete them.
Decline: Decline author-submitted categories
The Bulk Action will immediately take effect
