This article will show you how to archive an outdated document.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site.

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Document Center:A navigation menu highlighting the Document Center within Municipal Websites Central interface.

  3. Select the folder that contains the outdated document: Document center interface displaying folders, with the 'Courts' folder highlighted for easy access.

  4. Find the out-of-date item: Document center displaying various court-related folders and a highlighted victim-witness survey.

  5. Next to the item, select the Actions button, and then the Archive button:Document management interface showing a highlighted Archive button.
