This article shows how to create clear category titles. Good titles describe the items found in the category.
Naming Conventions
The format of the item title should be consistent within each category and include the date:
Document titles can use abbreviations and acronyms. But the category title must spell out the full word first.
Every item must include a file extension. Some examples of file extensions include, but are not limited to:
(DOC)
(DOCX)
(PDF)
(PPTX)
(XLSX)

Category: Press Releases
Item Name: Press Release for January 1, 2008 (PDF)

Items should be displayed in order by date.
