Bulk Actions for Items in Archive Center

This article will show you how to use bulk actions for items in the Archive Center.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Archive Center:The Archive Center highlighted on the Modules menu.

  3. Select a category:In a list of Archive Center categories, 'City Budget' is selected.

  4. Select items you want to apply bulk actions:The checkboxes for selecting multiple items one time.

    Note:

    To select all published/unpublished items, check the box on the top header.

  5. Select your desired bulk action at the bottom of the page:The category's Bulk Action buttons.

    Note:

    If you delete or archive, you must first respond OK to a pop-up.

    • Publish Marked: Makes the items visible on the site’s front-end

    • Reject Marked: Rejects the submitted items

    • Unpublish Marked: Removes the items from the site’s front-end

    • Submit Marked: Submits the items for review

    • Archive Marked: Archives the selected items

    • Delete Marked: Deletes the selected items from the system.
