Bulk Actions in Group Administration

This article will show you how to use Bulk Actions in Group Administration.

Bulk Actions include:

  • Publish Marked: Publishes items

  • Reject Marked: Rejects submitted items

  • Unpublish Marked: Unpublishes items

  • Submit Marked: Submits drafts for approval

  • Delete Marked: Deletes items (must first be unpublished)

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Group Administration:The Modules drop-down menu expanded, on the Site Tools tab, with the Group Administration option highlighted.

  3. Select the groups you want to apply a bulk action to:The Group Administration screen with the checkboxes to select multiple groups at once highlighted.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select your desired bulk action:The Group Administration Bulk Actions bar, with options to Publish, Reject, Unpublish, Submit, or Delete the marked groups.

    • Publish Marked: Publishes items

    • Reject Marked: Rejects submitted items

    • Unpublish Marked: Unpublishes items

    • Submit Marked: Submits drafts for approval

    • Delete Marked: Deletes items (must first be unpublished)
