Bulk Actions in Group Administration

This article will show you how to use Bulk Actions in Group Administration.

Bulk Actions include:

  • Publish Marked: Publishes items

  • Reject Marked: Rejects submitted items

  • Unpublish Marked: Unpublishes items

  • Submit Marked: Submits drafts for approval

  • Delete Marked: Deletes items (must first be unpublished)

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Group AdministrationModules menu with Group Administration selected.

  3. Select the groups you want to apply a bulk action to Checkmarks next to groups.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select your desired bulk action Bulk action buttons.

    • Publish Marked: Publishes items

    • Reject Marked: Rejects submitted items

    • Unpublish Marked: Unpublishes items

    • Submit Marked: Submits drafts for approval

    • Delete Marked: Deletes items (must first be unpublished)
