Add Permissions to Multiple Pages at Once

Through the Group Administration module, you can create a Back-End or Front-End group to assign permissions to multiple pages at one time. You can also set permissions on the Properties tab of a page.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Group Administration

3. Select an existing group or create a new group

4. Navigate to the Pages tab

5. Select the pages you want to assign permissions to

6. Click Save or Save and Publish

   • Save: Saves the current Group as a draft

   • Save and Publish: Immediately activates the permissions and group
