Add Permissions to Multiple Pages at Once

Through the Group Administration module, you can create a Back-End or Front-End group to assign permissions to multiple pages at one time. You can also set permissions on the Properties tab of a page.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Group Administration:

3. Select an existing group or create a new group:

4. Navigate to the Pages tab:

5. Select the pages you want to assign permissions to:

6. Click Save or Save and Publish:

   • Save: Saves the current Group as a draft

   • Save and Publish: Immediately activates the permissions and group
