Bulk Activate or Deactivate Request Tracker Users

This article will show you how to bulk activate a user or make a user inactive.  

Important Notes

  • Users must be a member of a group with permissions to Request Tracker (managed via Group Administration or the Permissions tab in the Request Tracker module) and be active in the Users Tab in the Request Tracker module.

  • All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Navigate to the Users tab The Users tab.

  3. To select all users, click the checkbox next to either Active Users or Inactive Users. The users' checkboxes.

    • Alternatively, select multiple users if you want to make multiple users, but not all, Active or Inactive.

  4. Click Bulk Actions The Bulk Actions button.

  5. Select Make Active or Make Inactive The Make Active or Inactive Bulk Action buttons.
