Calendar Default Messages

Default Messages are the automatic items that are included in Calendar messages. This includes the Subscriber Welcome Message, List Header, and List .

Who can use this feature?

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Calendar Modules menu with Calendar selected.

  3. Select a category in the right-hand navigation The right-hand navigation list of Calendars.

  4. Click Actions next to the category name The Calendar category's Actions button.

  5. Select Modify The Action menu's modify option.

  6. Select the Default Messages tab The calendar's Default Messages tab.

  7. Edit the Subscriber Welcome, List Header, and List Footer messages The HTML Subscriber Welcome, HTML List Header, and HTML List Footer text editors.

    • HTML Message (Welcome, Header, Footer): Create a message in HTML format

      Note:

      Click Copy HTML to Text to directly paste the content of the HTML message into your text message.

      • Default Subscriber Welcome Message:

        • This Email is in response to a subscription request.

          You have just subscribed to the following list:<>This is in addition to any other lists to which you may have previously subscribed. If these list subscriptions are incorrect, you can modify or cancel them by visiting:https://<>/List.aspx?Mode=Manage&Email=<> Thank you for your interest!
    • Text (Welcome, Header, Footer): View what the HTML will look like in a regular message The message preview field.

  8. Click Save Changes at the top of the page The Save Changes button.
