You can set intranet permissions for the Calendar module.
Important Note:
You must remove guest viewing permissions at the module level in order to remove them from an individual calendar level.
Do not use Save and Push Down when you set permissions for pages and modules as it will change the permissions for all users.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Calendar:
Select the Permissions tab:
Uncheck the Guest permissions:
Click Save:
Click Add Calendar:
Fill in the information fields:
Calendar Title: Display the name of the calendar
Description: Describes the calendar module if you choose to allow subscribers to this calendar
iCalendar Feed: Allows you to add events from a feed to the Calendar module using a valid ICS (iCalendar Standard) URL
Template: Controls the design that will appear for items associated with this category
Department Header Search: Searches from within the selected Department Header will only display results from within this category (and others with the same assigned Department Header)
Email List: Will allow Admin users to send out notification emails from this calendar
Allow Subscribers: Will allow users to subscribe to the calendar in the Notify Me module
Note:
You must have the Notify Me module for this function.
Allow SMS: Will allow users to subscribe to SMS notifications
Update Integration Hub: Sends all Calendar Published item changes to CivicPlus Integration Hub to allow integrations.
Add / Modify Item RSS Behavior: Choose the default RSS behavior for the category when calendar items are added or modified.
Under the Permissions section, uncheck the Guest permissions:
Check the permissions for your intranet groups:
Click on the preferred save option:
Save Changes: Will save the work as an unpublished draft
Save and Publish: Will save the work and publish it for viewing
