Default Agenda Format

Learn how to create a default template for a category in Agenda Center.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site.

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Agenda Center:Menu options for Municipal Websites Central, highlighting the Agenda Center feature within Contents.

  3. Navigate to the Properties tab: The Properties tab on the back-end of the Agenda Center module.

  4. Select the Default Agenda Format tab: Agenda Center interface showing options for default agenda format and messages. The default agenda format tab is highlighted.

  5. Edit your default template: An agenda format displaying titles, descriptions, and document links for various levels.

    • Time: Allows you to change the format for the time

    • Title: Allows you to change the format for the title

      Note:

      The Agenda Center enforces Title Case formatting by capitalizing lowercase words in item titles. When Normal formatting is selected, existing capitalization is kept. However, lowercase words are automatically converted to Title Case.

    • Description: Allows you to change the format for the description

    • Field: Allows you to change the format for the field name

    • Documents: Allows you to change the format for the document area

  6. Scroll to the top and select the Save Changes button:Buttons for saving changes or canceling actions in a user interface. The save changes button is highlighted.
