We’re excited to announce a new feature in the Document Center that enhances how you manage folder visibility.
New Checkbox in Folder Properties
Feature Overview: A new checkbox titled “Show Folder” has been added to the folder properties.
Functionality:
When Checked: The folder and its contents will be displayed on the Page /Document Center.
When Unchecked: The folder, along with any sub-folders and files within it, will be hidden from the Document Center and will not appear in search results.
Default Behavior
The “Show Folder” checkbox is enabled by default, ensuring that folders are visible unless manually unchecked.
Behavior When Unchecked
Unchecking this option will:
Hide the folder from the Document Center front end.
Automatically enable the setting “Hide this document from search and front-end Document Center” for all documents within the folder, removing them from search results and visibility.
